Remarks: 'Air Force One' resides in the sunshine within the Boeing Museum of Flight here in Seattle. It's amazing to think the people and the places that this aircraft has seen. It was fantastic to be able to get on board it too, a very interesting experience! (5D2/17-40F4L)
Remarks: Here is another of the beautifully preserved aircraft at the Museum of Flight in Seattle. This VC-137B is the ex US Presidential aircraft 'Air Force One'. These 707 based aircraft will always hold a special place in my heart and i love any opportunity to get up close to one and photograph it. The colours and the livery on this aircraft looked stunning in the flesh and i'm so very glad we had such great weather in which to photograph it. (5D2/17-40F4L)
Remarks: COCKPIT SHOT OF AIR FORCE ONE SAM 27000! A bit cramped but in great condition still! Pilot, Co-pilot, Flight Engineer, Navigator and spare pilot all have seats in that order.
