Flew with Cal-Air from October 1985 and Novair from January 1989. Withdrawn from use in late 1990 before undergoing freighter conversion and becoming N591LF with World Cargo. Joined FedEx in November 1994 as N40061.

Remarks: Scanned from Fuji slide. This airframe was originally delivered as Western's first DC10, N901WA, in April 1973. Joined American in April 1985. Re-registered N558FE with Fedex in June 1999 (for parts) and was scrapped in 2002 at Goodyear.
