Remarks: Low res view of Army Nomad N22B A18-311 Cn N22-51M at Schofields airfield (HMAS Nirimba), during an Airshow in November 1985. A light cargo parachute and some 'Heliboxes' (for light airdrops) are displayed by the Stbd wing. This aircraft was Delivered to Army on 23May1978, and the aircraft was probably with 173 Gen Spt Sqn Holsworthy when this photo was taken. She was later Sold to the Indonesian Naval Air Arm as P-826.
Remarks: Army Bell 206B-1 A17-017 on static display at the Wide Bay International Airshow, at Bundaberg Airport on 04Jul2009. The engine compartment doors are open. (The Kiowa has an Allison 250C-20 420 HP turbine engine installed, de-rated to 317 HP continuous power.)
