Remarks: *Cathay Pacific Airways - B777-367(ER) - B-KPN* *B-KPN was flying as flight CX549, heading to Hong Kong from Tokyo Haneda, the plane was departing from RWY 16R while a JAL's B767 was departing from RWY 16L*
Remarks: *Cathay Pacific Airways - B747-467 - B-HOV* *B-HOV was entering the fleet of Cathay Pacific in APR 1991, it has been retired in MAR 2013 after flying nearly 22 years over the sky! Good Bye and Thank you B-HOV*
Remarks: Completely stripped of any spare parts worthy to be sold, this ageing 747-400 will shortly be scrapped. Sad when I saw this aircraft delivered new and have flown on it as crew many times when I used to fly the 747.
Remarks: Cathay's version of Premium Economy Class, though nothing ground breaking for passengers it proves that CX is doing the right thing by adding this new product. It is well received by passengers on long haul flights.
