Remarks: Operating near Boeing Field was this Boeing 234 of Columbia Helicopters. Aircraft was used to move air conditioning & mechanical equipment from a construction site onto a nearby building.
Remarks: My first time onboard the Chinook. Transit for departure to Peru for its new operations. Certainly the biggest Helicopter I have been on. A real beast, and what a cockpit!
Remarks: (Built 1983) arriving on the GA Apron after a short flight from the Fishermans Island docks where the chopper had been re-built upon arrival from the USA. The following day P2-CHJ departed for Papua New Guinea via Cairns. Very rare visitor to our shores and one that I was very happy to see! Ex N245CH
