Remarks: Was on a flight to Canada, through Ponta Delgada but had to divert to Madeira due to some fuel leaking problem. Luckily for him, there was a PoAF Aviocar at the airport and its flight mechanic helped to identify the problem, while Fire Dept. was on stand-by near the plane.
Remarks: First and probably the last picture of this plane in the db with it's N- registration. Seen here on it's ferry flight to it's new owner in Australia. Next stop was Heraklion.
Remarks: Driving down a country road while visiting relatives, I spot an airport sign (You know I had to check it out). What a luck day to see this and two other aircraft as the sole visitors and a wide open gate to walk out and shoot. Some days you just get lucky! This airline is based in New Zealand, does anyone have any info on why this aircraft is in Virginia?
