Remarks: Doing a lap of the Isle of Wight at 800ft having flown down for the day from North Weald. At the moment we're on the West coast looking toward the Needles, after this we crossed the island and landed at Sandown for lunch.
Remarks: 2.5 hours after departing Cranfield we're now arriving overhead Bodmin and about to join the circuit to land on RWY13. This is a lovely grass strip, situated on a hill just outside the town of Bodmin in central Cornwall, and is home to the 'Cornwall Flying Club'.
Remarks: After a 3 hour flight from Cranfield with a de-tour at low level along the South English coastline, we're now parked up for lunch outside the clubhouse at Bodmin, a wonderful grass airfield in the middle of Cornwall.
Remarks: Turning low level over Start Point lighthouse, on the Devonshire coast in the south UK. Taken whilst enroute to Cornwall for the day, having departed Cranfield approx 1.5 hours prior. Thanks to John Kemzura for an awesome flight!
