Remarks: After dropping off Shuttle Endeavour at LAX, N905NA came back to Ellington for the Wings Over Houston 2012 air show. Ever since it has been parked in front of the Texas Flying Legends Museum. Rumors has it that it won't fly again, and will become an exhibit somewhere in Houston.
Notice the warbirds inside the Texas Flying Legends Museum, including the famous B-25 "Betty's Dream."

Shuttle Endeavour sits in Houston, TX as tens of thousands residents come by and see this beauty one last time. It departed Houston on Thursday, September 20, 2012 to continue its journey to Los Angeles.
Remarks: NASA Shuttle Carrier Aircraft carrying the Space Shuttle Endeavour accompanied by two NASA F-18 aircraft from Dryden take a whirlwind tour over the Los Angeles Basin during the Final Mission to deliver the Shuttle to the California Science Center.
Remarks: NASA Shuttle Carrier Aircraft is poised to have one last shuttle placed on top for the trip across the country to California. The Shuttle Endeavour is visible at the mate / demate facility to the left. In the background the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) is visible.
