Remarks: The recently defunct Kingfisher Airlines used to be a daily visitor to Heathrow. From what i understand after severe financial difficulties the airline was grounded and has had it's flying license revoked. Here is one of it's A330's landing on 27L in the very last light of the day operating IT001. (7D/17-40F4L)
Remarks: Kingfisher has been cancelling up to 60 flights a day across their network since November, let's hope their two early morning arrivals keep coming in - because these A330s look really good especially in the morning lights.
Remarks: Powering down RWY02L bathed in the golden lighting of the setting evening sun, returning home to Mumbai. The Kingfisher A332 may well soon be a historic sight in Singapore as the financially troubled airline has recently often substituted a much smaller A320 on the route.
