Remarks: "City of Ballarat" (Del 7/91) climbing away from Rwy 34L as QF127 to Hong Kong. Skippy is carrying a footy to promote the 2003 Rugby Union World cup, blink and you'd miss it.... just like a Union game!
Remarks: (Del 2/88) thundering away from Rwy 34L operating as JL778 to Kansai. This aircraft was eventually painted in the current JAL livery prior to being disposed of in October 2008 to Orient Thai Airways as HS-UTS.
Remarks: "City of Wagga Wagga" (Del 11/84) climbing away from Rwy 34L just after midday as QF043 over to Auckland and back. This Classic left the Qantas fleet in May 2007 and is currently stored at Griffiss International (Rome) in New York state.
Remarks: (Built 1986) on Twy Bravo 10 taxiing for a Rwy 34R departure. At the time of this shot the aircraft had previously been N3119U and N349AE with Wings West Airlines. It had also worn the mark VH-UZS with Jetcraft and Macair. It has since been disposed of and is operating with Perimeter Airlines in Canada as C-FMAV.
Remarks: (Built 8/01) taxiing for departure off Rwy 34R as QF1726 up to Maroochydore. This aircraft is now registered VH-NXK and is operated in WA for QantasLink by National Jet Systems.
