Remarks: After departure, we flew around the pattern and conducted a 200' fly-by the AWA company hangar en-route to storage at GYR. Note the signatures on the engine cowling and slats (as well as the 'cactuswings' advertisement on the engine!). The word got out late that a fly by would occur, that is why there are only small groups of people taking a break to watch the action. I am happy that I was able to be a part of the retirement ceremony for the 737-200. [Nikon D100].
