Remarks: Before Delta aquired Northwest they were a regular site around the various airports of America. Here is one arriving at sunset at KLAX. I love the unmistakeable shape of the 757 from this angle. Lovely! (5D2/70-200F2.8LIS)
Remarks: Well with the announcement of a new livery at American Airlines this livery will gradually disappear from the skies! It's such a shame as it's one of my most favourite liveries to photograph. (5D2/70-200F2.8LIS)
Remarks: Singapore A340-500 arrives at KLAX in some lovely conditions. This service is being gradually phased out and the fate of the A340-500 is unknown by me. With the introduction of A380's and 773ER's the need for this super long range Airbus is becoming less and less. Still looks great though, a lot less awkward than the 600 series!(5D2/70-200F2.8LIS)
Remarks: Now this is an airline that is long gone from our skies! TED was the low cost subsidiary of United that operated for a good few years. It was absorbed into United's mainline fleet in late 2009. Great to see different livery's in the sky tho! (5D2/70-200F2.8LIS)
Remarks: Great to find pictures of these Singapore 747-400's still in operation. They are now all retired and Singapore's only long range boeing is the 777! Here is SPM arriving on 24L at KLAX in postcard perfect conditions. (5D2/70-200F2.8LIS)
Remarks: Lovely G4 arrives into KLAX and makes it's way past Imperial Hill to the bizjet apron. You know you've made it when you get to make your travel on one of these birds... Looked fantastic!!!(5D2/70-200F2.8LIS)
