Remarks: Midex Airlines operated a few charters to HKG with their 747 classics which was great as they don't operate any scheduled flights to this part of the world. They are an all-cargo airline based in the UAE and I believe they’re still operating flights on a limited basis.
Remarks: The Air Bridge Cargo scheme is simply one of the finest schemes I’ve ever seen. VP-BIK is seen here departing from 07R catching fantastic early morning light in all the right spots. It's also carrying the “20 years” sticker. Air Bridge Cargo is a subsidiary of Volga-Dnepr Airlines and they were celebrating 20 years of service in the air cargo industry.
