Remarks: One of four A343s with Kuwait Airways approaching 19R in Bangkok, which is an all-A340 service. This was very nice to see as they do not operate scheduled flights to HKG (my home airport). The only occasions we see Kuwaiti planes in Hong Kong are state visits or charters.
Remarks: Sadly all the 737-400s have been phased out & I was very happy to have photographed most if not all of them on my Bangkok trip. HS-TDE was previously with Thai Airways.
Remarks: The ATRs are nice looking turboprops that look even better with a nice traditional-themed scheme like this. One of 8 ATRs at Bangkok Air. This one is named “Apsara”.
Remarks: One of many daily services to Bangkok about to land on 19R. Transaero has grown rapidly and have added a lot of capacity over the years. Since receiving the first -400 in 2007 they now operate 20 -400s (& 2 -300s still remain). EI-XLG was originally a JAL aircraft as JA8917.
