Remarks: You can't see it in this photo, but this aircraft usually travels with a Winnie the Pooh in the cockpit. Previously carried registrations F-BEGY and NC38324.
Remarks: A Caravan is a large aircraft to see at a small strip such as Croft Farm. Here the aircraft is using the runway as a taxiway before turning around and taking off. This aircraft is normally used to transport glass eels (young eels) around Europe, hence the very apt registration.
Remarks: The Isaacs Fury is a 70% scale replica of the Hawker Fury, the first being built in the 1960's. The real registration of this aircraft is G-BEER. This one was a very pleasant visitor to the Croft Farm Open Day 2004.
Remarks: A view of the cockpit taken through the starboard window. The simple instrument panel is obvious and about as far from a 747 panel as you can get.
Remarks: Folding wings allow this Kitfox to be neatly stored in an out-building at this country airstrip. This aircraft is normally operated from this location.
