This one had been used as a fire bomber. Now looking kind of worn and faded from the hot Arizona sun.
The staff here informed us that work will begin this year to restore this classic to flying condition!
Originally delivered to Delta Air Lines on November 25 1957. Now used as a fire bomber for fighting wildfires - callsign "Tanker 33".
