Remarks: A heritage flight representing 60 years of Air Force aviation. The F-86 Sabre (bottom, flown by Dale Snodgrass) was built in 1952; the P-38 (middle, flown by Steve Hinton) was built in 1942; and the F-22, (top), piloted by Maj. Paul "Max" Moga, is the newest fighter jet in the Air Force inventory.
Remarks: This was the best snap I could get of that T-33 flying with Snort. I believe Ed Shipley is at the controls. It's always a pleasure to see our heritage birds in the air. Happy 60th Anniversary Air Force.
Remarks: Built in 1952 and now registered to the Air Museum in Chino, California, this Sabre sits at the north end of the runway waiting for it's turn to become part of Aviation Nation 2006.
