Remarks: Spicejet operates 15 of these Bombardier Dash 8-Q402 & is the only airline in the country to operate this type! Spicejet name their birds after various spices. This bird is named Javitri, which is a spice grown in Kerala, India. Nutmeg is the seed of the tree while mace is the dried "lacy" reddish covering or aril of the seed.

Seen here is the new revamped look of the Coimbatore International Airport with two aerobridges. To the far right end, you can see the wing of JetLite aircraft preparing to operate CJB-MAA-CCU sector. Behind the JetLite is the Control Tower of CJB.
