Remarks: [1600px] This is the most powerful engine of aviation, the General Electric GE90, with a maximum thrust of 115,300 lbf. Actually not only the most powerful but also the biggest engine of aviation ever, it's diameter is bigger than a 737 fuselage. It's so amazing to see what the man can build. These are very quiet engines, but their start-up sound great! :D
Remarks: [1400px] The highlight of the month at Fortaleza, the huge and very beautiful 777! Lan Cargo 1507 from Amsterdam and Frankfurt is seen here pushed back and preparing for her flight to VCP on FL360. Very pleasant night with friends. This machine is pure bliss, very quiet but powerful engines and huge size! And also, this is my first time photographing a freighter 777, this beauty slipped from my lenses at AMS but now I have it :D
Remarks: 14th March that plane suffered serious bristrike with owl on the landing, the owl was in the runway was startled when the plane was touch the ground(at 2137UTC) and fly direct to radome of plane, it were one a full day on the cargo apron waiting for new radome which arrived with one Arkefly's 767 regn PH-OYE, its arrive was 15th March in the early evening bringing the new radome, PH-TFD one day after birdstrike its takeoff with passengers who waited.
