Remarks: 'Nato 14' is seen on short finals rwy 13 in the early afternoon. Fortunately and unfortunately it had to stay for a further 2 days due to a technical problem which brought yet another E-3A!! :)
Remarks: The very first Casa 295 departing rwy 31 after a 1hr technical stop for fuel on its way to an airshow in the middle east. An EK A332 waits patiently behind as it prepares for its 2hr hop to Larnaca and then to Dubai.
Remarks: Sally B taxiing out for a rehearsal flight for Flying Legends 2011 a few days later, nothing can replace the sound of a WW2 bomber a couple of metres away from you!
Remarks: First arrival from TLS starting their scheduled flights. Also, it's the 1000th a/c from the Airbus Narrow Family to leave the TLS assembly line!
Remarks: Ex. Danish Air Force F-249. Seen departing under the call sign 'PHA214' with a unique noise from the 2x Rolls-royce SPEY MK 511SR engines with hush-kitted filters installed!
