Remarks: This manoeuvre make the headlines from one of the Portuguese TV channel, they called in the news an extremely dangerous manoeuvre with left wing passing very close to ground, but for me this last exhibition of TAP A310 in public shows was the best of Portugal Air Show 2007. Now TAP A310 fleet is starting to be replaced with A330.
Remarks: Flight AF006 Paris CDG to New York JFK . Due a technical reason (AirBrake), the plane has to go back to Paris in order to get fixed. Before landing the plane is dumping its fuel and is being escorted by a Mirage 2000 from the Armee de l'Air.
Remarks: For lack of any other explanation, my guess is the Kalitta crew were hot dogging this descent creating a shockwave over Oakdale New York...had no time to set camera on raw image, sorry for quality...thought this was a rare event as I have never seen this before on a major jet transport...
