Remarks: Arriving on a beautiful June afternoon looking just stunning as KLM91 from Amsterdam
Remarks: About to cross Airport Road approaching Runway 23
Remarks: Looks like one of the landing lights has given up
Remarks: The pearlescent paint of Air Canada is shown off nicely here - the poor titles have seen better days though
Remarks: First chance to see a 767 with winglets - Can't help noticing how darn big they are
Remarks: Would have preferred a nicer prop blur - however didn't have time to re-set my shooting mode after writing this one off on the approach as another Jazz Dash8 and giving up on it
Remarks: Climbing out from 24R on a stunning late Spring evening
Remarks: Traditional water cannon salute from the Pearson airport fire service marking the dawn of the A380 era at YYZ.
Remarks: It seemed like every single person at the airport was out watching this historic arrival. Outside the airport there were hundreds of spectators, and CTV had a helicopter transmitting live coverage of the flight.
Remarks: Terminal 1 has 2 A380 capable gates with dual airbridges. The A380 dwarfs the 737-800 and A330 parked alongside.
Remarks: "Emirates 241 Super" is on short final for 06L, marking the first ever scheduled A380 service to Canada.
Remarks: Touchdown on 06L. The moment the first A380 service to Toronto makes contact with the ground. Traffic on Highway 401 came to a halt as everyone wanted a look at the big bus.
Remarks: Great to see the TCA Anniversary continues to live on beyond the 1997 Anniversary date. Great light illuminating the 24R arrivals
Remarks: Even so many years after they first took to the skies, the T7 still looks amazing
