Remarks: This is the First Airbus in Kota Kinabalu which the tiny sticker advised to me and their official partner of AT&T Williams F1 racing team sticker on the engine too. But this jet is absolutely sure not came from Kota Kinabalu and can i treat this aircraft as special scheme too? I have no idea! But all I know is AK5052 final approach rwy 25R from Penang in the dull morning.
Remarks: A very nice location for spotting at ALC (And probably the best spot). The location is a great place for taking photos of arrivals and departures. The light conditions are best from 10 AM until sunset. Follow the fence just by road CV849, and you will discover the spot on your right hand.
Remarks: Rear view of ex 42 Squadron RNZAF DC-3C / C-47D Dakota ZK-DAK (NZ3546) at Warbirds Over Wanaka (WOW) on Friday 02Apr2010. This aircraft did flying displays and numerous Joyflights over the three days of the Airshow. I was fortunate to go on one of those Joyflights on Saturday 03Apr2010. The mountain scenery around Wanaka is more spectacular when viewed from the air.
