Remarks: Going nowhere on a damp and foggy morning. This aircraft is the oldest Skyhawk model around here, and is fitted with an extended range 18 US gal tank in the baggage compartment, giving it an edurance of almost 7 hours.
Remarks:Jet2 Faro arriving from Alicante as LS880. Side-on shots aren't really my cup of tea but it's hard to resist in lovely afternoon light like this.
Remarks: Positioning in from East Midlands to operate on a flight later that evening. We'll be seeing more of these (along with one or two Hapag Lloyd A310's) over the winter season to operate for a couple of missing B767's which are soon to go on the Hadj lease to Garuda Indonesia.
Remarks: Even though she's had a new coat of paint that didn't stop her from encountering her usual tech problems. Seen here taxiing back to the gate shortly after aborting the takeoff roll while lined up on the runway.
