Remarks: The fortress Koenigstein "The Saxon Bastille" at the river Elbe near Dresden/Germany. This fortress is one of the biggest hilltop fortifications in europe.
Remarks: You can see the industrial aera "Schwarze Pumpe" (black pump) at Spremberg.
It was one of the main industrial areas of East-Germany. You can also see the big brown-coal-power-plant.
Remarks: AY 3847 from HEL to JOE, seat 9A. We're passing over the river Pielisjoki during our final approach towards JOE's runway 28. The small city of Joensuu is visible a bit further up the river. In the distance is lake Pyhäselkä.
Remarks: Flying through the north of Lanzarote, at right of the picture you can see the island of La Graciosa, which has about 670 citizens, and in the foreground we see Punta Fariones.
