Remarks: Preparing to leave its static display at the end of the Colchester Military Festival 2006. Shortly after this shot was taken, all the spectators got covered in dirt and grass as the Lynx took off.
Remarks: Something slightly different...a close up study of the rotor blade assembly and mechanism belonging to the Apache Longbow Attack helicopter. The 'bulb' on the top is a radar.

Remarks: F-WWOW is guided out of its static display spot for the last time at Farnborough 2006; shortly after, once on the runway she said goodbye to FIA 2006, and her engines showered me and many other spectators with dust and grass as she began her take off roll.
