Remarks: The decaying remains of 17401, a M-17 hi-alt aircraft left to rot at the back of Monino. I believe that this example set several world records, and reached 72000 feet in the process. The Russian Government then used it to research the ozone layer. Sad to come to such an undignified end. First aircraft of this type in the database.
