Remarks: On final approach to runway 12. Please note: About an hour before I took this photo, the pilot in this aircraft has announced a state of emergency ("PAN PAN PAN") because of the failure in the flaps. After about an hour during which the aircraft returned towards the Mediterranean sea to "burn fuel", he returned to the airport and landed safely without the flaps, as seen in this photo, and during the landing, all of fire brigades was waiting to the aircraft.
