Remarks: The name Aurigny derives from the French Auregnais name for Alderney, although the airline is actually based in Guernsey. It was inaugurated in 1968 with Islanders, and in 1971 became the launch customer for the Trislander. It is wholly Guernsey-state owned. The airline operates three ATR-72 and after 36 years still operates seven Trislanders. This ex-Gill Airways ATR has just turned off Manchester’s Runway 24R. (400D, Sigma 80-400 & fluid-head tripod)
