Remarks: Taxiing to the terminal as a SA 747-200 and a QF 767-300 depart above. A truly lucky shot, I knew the 742 would be in the shot but had no idea about the 767! Some people even had the hide to suggest this was a fake! Heaven forbid!!!
Remarks: Go hunting for a clear 787 shot and I end up with this. I guess it wasn't a bad tradeoff. A thank you to the Boeing ground crew who moved the triple at the right time before the sun dropped off the horizon. Note: Aviation Photogs record Aviation History.
Remarks: The fate of these people laid in the hands of a very skilled pilot. Thank God for their safe return and that crew deserve special commendation for their heroism and bravery.
Remarks: Highspeed "low-pass" with retracted gear over rwy01.
Many thanks to TAP and specially to Mr.Captain, just awesome maneuver. Portugal airshow 2007.
Remarks: After a lot of crossswind and a hard landing this ATR skid out of the runway when one of the tires rolls out of the main gear and rest with the engines and one part of the wing broken.
Remarks: High over Borneo we encounter some amazing St Elmo's fire lighting up our flight deck windows. The radar in manual mode gives an apparant red display which is due to the normal auto filter function being turned off to help us find a smooth path through the weather. Totall amazing..
Remarks: Not the best quality I know, but interesting nonetheless. My heart raced as I saw this approach, as it was very very low. The 747 continued to descend but fortunately landed safely. This was taken during a typhoon which reached a number 9 signal a few hours later (Indicating a direct hit is likely).
