Remarks: Two Rafales of Normandie-Niemen landing at Mont de Marsan after an evening photo shoot with a couple of Mirage F1's and a Yak-3. The one on the right is the 119 and this Rafale received a special color scheme for the 70 years anniversary of the squadron.
Remarks: Returning to the airport to take on more water, during another evening firefighting mission in the countryside. Unfortunately many areas of the island are at risk from fires due to the parched ground and hot temperatures in July and August.
