Remarks: (Del 10/01) touching down on Rwy 25 in the late evening sunshine as SQ219 from Singapore. This aircraft operated Singapore Airlines last commercial B747 passenger flight on 6 April 2012 as SQ747/748 to Hong Kong and return bringing to an end nearly 40 years of scheduled passenger Boeing 747 operations.
Remarks: View of the Control Tower and the (very-packed) furthest end of the HKIA Terminal. A LH 4 holer is seen decelerating on Rwy 07L. Lifting off from 07R as SQ 748, final SQ B744 flight.
