Remarks: The history of the "Mitchell" from Madrid Air Museum. The reason of conserving a B-25 in Cuatro Vientos (Madrid) is that it is a cinema star and not about the original B-25, that was taken apart. Incorporated to the collection of airships of the Museum during year 1,986, the B-25J-20-NC had been left in the airport of Malaga, after undergoing an incident during the running of the film “Cuba”. Donated by the “Military Aircraft Restoratio Corp” its transfer to Madrid is put under restoration in the Air Armament Workshop of Seville. This airplane carried military registers : 44-29121 and his number of factory is : 108-33446. In its restoration it is painted like the “74-17” and exhibited in the Museum since then.
