Remarks: The RAAF Museum's Mustang heading out for a practice flight at the start of the RAAF 90th Anniversary Air Pilgrimage. This aircraft is really the former RAAF A68-170, built in 1949. Never actually off RAAF charge, it has been with the RAAF Museum since 1970 and was restored to flying condition during 1989-99.

(The aircraft did a pairs take-off with Mustang VH-AGJ.) VH-SVU (painted as A68-750 Code AM-G, actually ex-RAAF A68-170 - Cn 1495) is operated by RAAF Museum, Point Cook Victoria. There were four Mustangs at the Airshow. The other three were CA-18 Mustang VH-MFT (painted as A68-769 Code FA, but actually ex-RAAF Mustang A68-110 Cn 1435), Judy Pay's CA-18 Mustang VH-JUC (painted as WWII 3 Sqn KH677 Code CV-P, actually ex-RAAF A68-105 Cn 1430), and Jeff Trappett's CA-18 VH-AGJ A68-118 Cn 1443.
