Remarks: This Puma is from the first batch delivered in July 1971. It is seen here after refuelling at Staverton. 230 Squadron at Aldergrove, Northern Ireland, and 33 Squadron at Benson share a pool of aircraft that rotate between the stations in order to even out their flying hours – Aldergrove aircraft fly more intensively than mainland-based ones.
