Remarks: The best vantage point at Avalon is just outside the main entrance, plenty of parking alongside Beach road. Unfortunately traffic is a little boring with 5xA320 movements a day, not during the Avalon International Airshow though!
Remarks: One of the draw cards of the 1995 International Air Show at Avalon was the attendance of Russian passenger aircraft like the IL-96 left of frame & TU-204 right of frame. Photo pre digital and scanned from 35mm negative.

Remarks: with a whole bunch of Warbirds. Included Harvards, Canberra, Spitfire, Seafury, Mig-15, Vampire, A-37, Meteor, Winjeels, CT4, Avenger, Mustangs just to name a few. A great sight for warbird fans.
