Remarks: (MSN:70-1825) With 2 GE T700-701C engines and the same standard as those UH-60L in US Army's fleet (of course there was no weapon), the Black Hawks were the most expensive helicopters in Hong Kong. With this closer look of B-HZI's nose, you can see there was a weather radar, which was not installed at its delivery. Moreover, because of a further reclamation in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour, this heliport has been closed on 21 Nov 2003.
Remarks: Being the last arrival of the 2nd generation of Hong Kong Government Flying Service's fleet, B-HRY got the licence on 30 Dec 2002. This helicopter uses Turbomeca Arriel 2C2 engine, and performs mainly in VIP Transport, sometimes for Air Ambulance, SAR operation, and Water Bombing when fighting against hillfires. The newly designed "low noise fenestron" tail rotor type with 10 composite material blades. "Phase modulation" by unequal blade spacing makes fenestron sound "pleasant".
Remarks: On the final approach towards the rwy 03 of the Guangzhou Baiyun Int Airport, the words were removed several days later, for repainting the livery as the one of China Eastern Airlines.
