Remarks: Formerly operated by Ryanair
Remarks: Thai Sky Airlines did not last long and their two L1011s are slowly rotting away at Don Meuang airport. Rather peculiar way to keep the spare Rolls Royce RB211 engines.
Remarks: Early morning with sun about to rise behind the clouds. Very quiet with only a Mahan A310 visible.
Remarks: Late afternoon flight to Chiang Mai
Remarks: Last time I saw one it still had the dark green/black Luftwaffe colours. From 231 Sqn. RTAF Children's Day 2012.
Remarks: Many military aircraft have moved back to Don Muang, but the 737/A310 are still at Suvanabhumi.
Remarks: One of eight (!) "engineless" MD-80s here. Though listed as "private" I think it was actually bought by Thai Orient for the spare parts.
Remarks: Unmarked Bell 412 at the RTAF Children's Day at a now dry Don Muang
Remarks: still operated as a passenger plane when this photo was taken.
