Remarks: One of a small number converted to VT-29E standard, this aircraft had been in use by MATS as a VIP transport prior to serving with the National Guard - its serial 51-5171 still visible.
Remarks: One of two Dakotas marked N837M on the airfield at the same time! The other was TC-47H c/n 12524. This one was officially registered N886M but was apparently painted in error.
Remarks: A line up of six former US Army and USAF Dakotas that came to be operated by Lee County Mosquito Control. This aircraft was later sold to Four Star Air Cargo and crashed on 10 May 1991 killing both crew members.
