Remarks: The two Italian marines accused of killing two Indian fisherman off the coast of Kerala, were finally returned to India. They have been at the centre of the diplomatic showdown between the two countries, when Italy refused to let them return, dishonouring an personal undertaking given by Italy's ambassador to India, to the Supreme Court of India.
The marines were flown back in MM62227 a Boeing KC-767A tanker-transporter of the Aeronautica Militare Italiana. This aircraft is based at Pratica di Mare Air Base, the largest base of the Italian Air Force, located southwest of Rome.

First is the Kenya Airways Cargo Boeing 737-300, not seen before this date, at least of JP. Second, is a rare daylight confluence of four Blue Dart freighters. Two 757s parked, one 757 taxiing out, and one 737-200 near the top right of the photo, waiting to line-up and take-off.
Remarks: Malaysia Airlines joins the oneworld alliance from tomorrow. Their first aircraft painted in the special oneworld livery. A Boeing 737-800 and an Airbus A380 will also be painted in the OW livery later on.
Remarks: 1600px. The rains come and wash out the dust from the sky rendering a lovely deep blue, and a perfect foil for the Indigo colour of the airline.
Remarks: 'Himachal Pradesh' the state in the foothills of the Himalayas, and housing the city of Shimla, the summer capital of India during the British 'Raj', taxies out in the setting sun which renders the whole sky in a reddish-gold hue. 1600px
Remarks: The beauty of shooting in RAW is that pictures taken after sun-set can still look well lit. 1600px with the beacons on. One of the last JAL Dreamliner flights to India. The airline changed to a Boeing 777 in the winter schedule.
Remarks: Named after my home state of Karnataka, this 77W is bathed in the soft red-gold hues of the setting sun. Ironically Air India does not operate any 777-300ERs to Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka.
