Remarks: New York, New York. Brooklyn Bridge is the one to the left, Manhattan Bridge to the right, all of downtown Manhattan visible. Flight from Nassau, the Bahamas to LGA.
Remarks: GMG flgiht to Jessore. GMG is the only passenger airline to operate prop service to Dhaka. With Biman withdrawing from the route, GMG is the only airline flying to Jessore. I always find it amazing that the Dash-8's fuselage has only the nose landing gear, the other two extending from the wings.
Remarks: e are heading north towards New York from Nassau, and the sun is kissing the horzion. I took out my camera thinking I can catch a glimpse of what looked like a 757 to the west, but only after opening the image I realized I captured yet another aircraft with a long contrail further to the west.
Remarks: Taking off from Incheon on a flight to Tokyo-Narita. Flight takes off as a Korean Boeing 747-400 comes to a stop after landing at ICN. From the vast open area, one can see that ICN has a lot of room to grow.
Remarks: Soon after touching down at Albuquerque Airport, we had to wait for about 20 minutes until the occupant of the plane ahead would leave the airport. It turned out to be none other than Vice President Dick Chaney. While other passengers were huffing and puffing, I looked out the window out to the runway. This shot of Air Force Two was taken when we began to roll again towards the gate.
Remarks: Early morning landing at DFW. Flight from New York LaGuardia. One has to appreciate the vastness of this airport. I believe we landed on Runway 35C.
Remarks: Soon after take-off from Santo Domingo, our plane heads northwards towards JFK. The Dominican coastine is visible on the right side, and the amazingly green island of Hispaniola beneath.
