Remarks: After a lot of crossswind and a hard landing this ATR skid out of the runway when one of the tires rolls out of the main gear and rest with the engines and one part of the wing broken.

Would this be a write-off, as not only the wings and engines are broken, but it looks like the fuselage is quite damaged too??? Will there be an NTSB investigation?
