So, a balked landing! Judging the (excellent by the way) picture it doesn't look thát bad. Maybe a little rough, I guess it had a little bit too much downdraft there, hence the higher nose opponed by the pilot. Although I don't see anything really shocking from the picture, a video would probably show enough reason for go-around and divertion... Well shot.
