In fact this is taken from outside the outer perimeter. I was located opposite the blasting chamber just east of taxiway D. The apron shots are from inside the airport, but still outside the outer perimeter. The new IDs are a great start. Hopefully the cooperation of BIAL can set a precedent for other airports in India.
